Emilee Chavez LMT
From an early age, Emilee held a strong desire to help others. When she discovered massage therapy as a way to find relief from her own chronic illness, she knew she had found her calling.
Over the years, Emilee has studied and experienced various healing modalities such as bio-feedback, somatics, and breathwork to help manager her POTS symptoms. She's passionate about using a holistic approach to guide the body back to balance, and in her practice, she offers a variety of techniques to customize each session.
Emilee graduated from the Berkana Institute Of Massage Therapy in Longmont, CO. Her background also includes certifications as a Personal Trainer and Yoga Instructor. This allows her to not only provide effective massage therapy but also give clients stretches and exercises to continue benefiting after their session.
As a massage therapist, Emilee is trained in various modalities, including Swedish massage, Deep Tissue, Hot Rocks, Cupping, and Trigger Point Therapy. She's excited to further her education through a mindful expressionism course at the Berkana Institute Of Massage Therapy.
